職務内容:
- シニアビジネスアナリストまたはビジネスアナリストとして、主要なグローバル決済(SWIFT)変革プロジェクトやその他の金融プロジェクトに参加する。
- 顧客(ビジネス部門、ITユーザー)とのビジネス分析および要件定義プロセスに従事し、グローバル決済パッケージ導入プロジェクトの各フェーズ(要件定義から設計、テスト支援まで)においてビジネス分析コンサルティングを提供する。
- グローバル決済専門家の支援を活用し、顧客の要件文書化を支援する。
- 顧客とパッケージベンダー間の窓口として機能し、要件に基づいた最適なソリューション決定を支援する。
- 現地チーム(バイリンガルBA/PMチーム)およびオフショアチーム(グローバル決済パッケージ専門家)と連携し、プロジェクトを実施する。
職務要件:
- 銀行・金融業界においてシニアビジネスアナリストまたはビジネスアナリストとして勤務を希望し、ビジネス知識、コミュニケーション能力、文書作成スキルおよび能力を活用できる方。
- 新しい環境への適応能力に優れていること。アイデアを詳細に分解し、オンサイトチーム(顧客側)およびオフショアメンバー(主にインド)と連携して業務を遂行できる能力。
- 顧客やステークホルダーと効果的にコミュニケーションを取るため、日本語(会話・文書)に堪能な方を求めています。日本語能力は本職務に必須です。
- 銀行・金融業界におけるIT業務経験5年以上、または金融業界での実務経験5年以上。
- 銀行・金融業界における高レベルシステム開発フェーズ(業務分析、要件定義)での2年以上の経験、または銀行業務運営経験5年以上。
- 法人向け銀行業務領域における海外送金関連の決済業務に関する知識・経験があれば尚可。
- 大規模かつ複雑なプロジェクトにおいて、様々なステークホルダー間の合意形成能力があれば尚可。
- 認定機関における学士号または外国の同等学位が必要。教育年数1年につき、当該専門分野における3年間の段階的経験で代替可。
言語スキル:バイリンガルレベルN2(日本語・英語)、日本語ネイティブが望ましい
