Kraken Technologiesは、Octopus Energy Group傘下の会社で、エネルギー供給会社向けにKrakenプラットフォームをグローバルに提供しています。現在のクライアントは
EDF、EON Next、Origin、Plenitude、東京ガス
など。これから数年間でさらに多くのクライアントが参加予定です。

このポジションで何をするの?

現在、日本の大手クライアントでKrakenの導入を進めており、プラットフォーム導入に伴う
オペレーション変革&カルチャー改革
をリードするチームを拡大中です。

クライアント・インプリメンテーション・リード
は、クライアントのオペレーティングモデル(「どうやって物事を進めるか」)とオペレーティング環境(実際のカルチャー改革プログラム)を統括。クライアントとのカルチャー改革プログラムのコーディネート・構築・管理・実行まで幅広く担当します。テクノロジーチーム、プロダクトマネージャー、クライアントチームと密接に連携して進めます。

クライアント・インプリメンテーション・リードは、Krakenの働き方を体現し、問題を発見し、解決策を作り、ワークショップやトレーニングを通してクライアントに届けます。
テクノロジー、プロセス、人を組み合わせて、クライアントのカルチャー改革をイノベーティブに実現する役割
です。

主な役割・責任:

クライアントのオペレーション変革支援
・クライアント・インプリメンテーション・リードとして、カルチャー改革プログラムの設計と実行をリード

・Kraken Transformation Directorと連携し、クライアントを変革の旅路に導く

・Kraken Technologiesの実装チームやクライアントと協力して、リーダーシップ開発やコーチングを含むカルチャー改革プログラムを展開

・成功する導入のための計画、タイムライン、リソースを作成

・プロジェクト進捗の管理、問題のエスカレーション、障害の解消

コーチング・ワークショップの提供
・Krakenチームと協力して、クライアントへのコーチングやメンタリングを提供

・トレーニンググループやリーダーシップ開発向けワークショップの準備と実施

・クライアントのニーズに基づいたオペレーション分析を支援し、それをチーム向けプログラムに落とし込む

その他
・場合によっては出張もあり

必須スキル・経験

• ビジネストランスフォーメーション / BPRの専門知識
• ビジネスプロセスリエンジニアリング(BPR)やトランスフォーメーションプロジェクトをリードした実績。
• 組織のオペレーショナルエクセレンスや効率改善を推進した経験。

組織開発(Organizational Development)

• 組織構造、カルチャー、業務プロセスの最適化に関する専門知識。
• ビジネス目標に沿った組織能力の強化経験。

シニアステークホルダー管理

• シニアステークホルダーとの関係構築・調整の実績。
• 組織間の整合性を保ち、効果的なコミュニケーションを推進。

プロジェクト・プログラム管理

• 複雑なプロジェクトやプログラムの管理・実行経験。
• スコープ、スケジュール、予算内での成果達成に注力。

トレーニング・コーチング

• トレーニングプログラムの設計・実施経験。
• チームのパフォーマンス向上やプロフェッショナル育成のためのコーチング経験。

語学要件

• 日本語ネイティブレベル
