Kraken Technologiesは、Octopus Energy Group傘下の会社で、エネルギー供給会社向けにKrakenプラットフォームをグローバルに提供しています。現在のクライアントは EDF、EON Next、Origin、Plenitude、東京ガス など。これから数年間でさらに多くのクライアントが参加予定です。
このポジションで何をするの?
現在、日本の大手クライアントでKrakenの導入を進めており、プラットフォーム導入に伴うオペレーション変革&カルチャー改革をリードするチームを拡大中です。 シニア・クライアント・インプリメンテーション・リードは、クライアントのオペレーティングモデル(「どうやって物事を進めるか」)とオペレーティング環境(実際のカルチャー改革プログラム)を統括。クライアントとのカルチャー改革プログラムのコーディネート・構築・管理・実行まで幅広く担当します。テクノロジーチーム、プロダクトマネージャー、クライアントチームと密接に連携して進めます。 クライアント・インプリメンテーション・リードは、Krakenの働き方を体現し、問題を発見し、解決策を作り、ワークショップやトレーニングを通してクライアントに届けます。テクノロジー、プロセス、人を組み合わせて、クライアントのカルチャー改革をイノベーティブに実現する役割です。

主な役割・責任:
クライアントのオペレーション変革支援 ・シニア・クライアント・インプリメンテーション・リードとして、カルチャー改革プログラムの設計と実行をリード ・Kraken Transformation Directorと連携し、クライアントを変革の旅路に導く ・Kraken Technologiesの実装チームやクライアントと協力して、リーダーシップ開発やコーチングを含むカルチャー改革プログラムを展開 ・成功する導入のための計画、タイムライン、リソースを作成 ・プロジェクト進捗の管理、問題のエスカレーション、障害の解消
コーチング・ワークショップの提供 ・Krakenチームと協力して、クライアントへのコーチングやメンタリングを提供 ・トレーニンググループやリーダーシップ開発向けワークショップの準備と実施 ・クライアントのニーズに基づいたオペレーション分析を支援し、それをチーム向けプログラムに落とし込む
その他 ・場合によっては出張もあり ・曖昧さを楽しみ、主体的に動き、クライアントに直接関わることに喜びを感じる方を求めます ・自由・自律・信頼のもと、シンプルで進化し続けるテクノロジープラットフォームを最大限に活用 ・必要であれば自分の担当領域を超えてクライアントを支援する柔軟性

影響力のあるコミュニケーター Krakenの考え方を自然に伝えられ、ミーティングをリードし、戦略を推進できる方。スライド、ガントチャート、フローチャートを活用して説明できる方。
忍耐力 クライアントは大きな変化を経験中。時には進みが遅く感じることもありますが、丁寧に繰り返しサポートできる方。地域ごとの調整や変更にも柔軟に対応できる方。

必須スキル・経験

  • ビジネストランスフォーメーション / BPRの専門知識
  • ビジネスプロセスリエンジニアリング(BPR)やトランスフォーメーションプロジェクトをリードした実績。
  • 組織のオペレーショナルエクセレンスや効率改善を推進した経験。

    • 組織開発(Organizational Development)
  • 組織構造、カルチャー、業務プロセスの最適化に関する専門知識。
  • ビジネス目標に沿った組織能力の強化経験。

    • シニアステークホルダー管理
  • シニアステークホルダーとの関係構築・調整の実績。
  • 組織間の整合性を保ち、効果的なコミュニケーションを推進。

    • プロジェクト・プログラム管理
  • 複雑なプロジェクトやプログラムの管理・実行経験。
  • スコープ、スケジュール、予算内での成果達成に注力。

    • トレーニング・コーチング
  • トレーニングプログラムの設計・実施経験。
  • チームのパフォーマンス向上やプロフェッショナル育成のためのコーチング経験。
