Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Regional Marketing Manager at Gregory Asia, located in Yokohama. The role involves managing regional marketing strategies and initiatives, tailored to drive brand growth and engagement.

Key responsibilities include overseeing campaigns, collaborating with global and local teams, coordinating events, and ensuring alignment with the brand's identity.

The Regional Marketing Manager will also analyze market trends to optimize marketing efforts and connect with partners to promote brand visibility in the region.

Qualifications
Expertise in marketing strategy, campaign management, and brand development
Experience with event planning, partnerships, and promotional initiatives
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, consumer behavior, and marketing performance
Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities
Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for marketing and analytics
Fluency in English and Japanese; additional language skills are a plus
A self-driven and organized approach to managing responsibilities and achieving goals
Experience in the outdoor gear or lifestyle industry is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience considered
