Your Missions

Analyze markets and competitors to adjust sales plans and identify growth opportunities.
Support farmers with sanitary protocols and strengthen long-term relationships with key accounts.
Drive demand generation through fieldwork, CRM practices, and coordination with distributors.
Manage budgets for expenses and investments of the Sell-Out Field Promoter team.
Promote Ceva's product portfolio and negotiate product usage with farmers to improve farm performance.
Monitor performance data and quotas, ensuring alignment with sales strategy and providing feedback at country level.
Coach and develop Sell-Out Field Promoters to enhance skills and retain talent.

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or related field.
2–3 years of sales or technical support experience in Swine industry in animal health or livestock business
Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Proficiency in sales planning, negotiation, and account management
Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting daily/weekly/monthly objectives
Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites and veterinary practices
Fluency in English and local language(s) depending on region
