仕事内容:

適性に応じて新卒もしくは中途採用業務を一気通貫でお任せします。

部門責任者たちの人材獲得戦略・戦術のディスカッションパートナーとなり、

求人票の作成から応募〜入社に渡る全工程の各種施策のPDCAを推進して

採用目標を達成します。

採用活動への投資にも積極的な環境なので、

人材紹介・各種スカウト媒体・リファラル採用・採用広報など

様々なチャネルを活用して施策を企画することが可能です。

TWOSTONE&Sonsの特徴は、

営業・マーケティング・エンジニア・コンサル・バックオフィス職など

多岐に渡る求人があること、

中途であれば一つの求人につき約1〜2名の募集枠の中で

ピンポイントで人材獲得することが求められること、

それらの合算として年間で数十名規模の採用目標を

達成していくことが挙げられます。

▽具体的な業務内容

  • 採用戦略の立案、実行
  • 採用要件のヒアリング、求人票の作成
  • 母集団形成(エージェント・スカウト等)
  • 候補者進捗管理(応募〜入社までの進捗管理)
  • カジュアル面談、オファー面談の対応
  • オファー条件の調整
  • 各部門を巻き込んだ全社採用力向上施策の共有

上記に加え、ご経験に応じて、

以下の業務を追加でお任せする可能性があります。

  • 採用メンバーの育成やマネジメント
  • 採用広報(採用サイト・外部媒体の運用、各種ブランディング施策の企画・実行など)

給与:

■給与内訳

・基本給 :245,000円~350,000円

・職務手当 :15,000円~21,000円

・定額残業代:90,000円~129,000円(法定時間外労働45時間分)

※45時間超過分の時間外勤務手当は別途支給
