仕事内容


1月2日オープン予定の新店舗での勤務です。

訪日観光で来日された

海外のお客様を中心に、

日本文化体験教室の運営全般を

サポートしていただきます。

お客様対応から文化体験のサポートまで、

「教える」「楽しませる」「安心して過ごしてもらう」

そのすべてに関われるポジションです。

【日本文化体験サポート・接客業務】

体験レッスンの準備(備品のセット、教室準備)を行い、

海外からのお客様へ英語で

簡単なご案内やガイドをします。

体験中は写真撮影や作品づくりのサポートなどを行い、

体験後は片付けや次回予約の確認を行います。

【茶道体験サポート】

抹茶体験のアシスタント業務を中心に、

茶道の先生のもとで

研修・稽古を受けながら業務を習得します。

着物を着用して、

お点前のサポートや簡単な説明(英語)を行い、

抹茶や茶道具などの物販対応も担当します。

【フロント・受付業務】

来店受付や予約確認、

ご案内(英語対応あり)を行い、

料金精算やレジ業務、

館内アナウンスやお客様誘導を担当します。
