【当社が手掛ける事業について】

日本文化を世界に広めるため、茶道体験や着物体験、侍歴史ツアーなど、日本文化を体験できるアクティビティの数々を東京と京都で提供しています。

和文化体験施設「KIMONO TEA CEREMONY MAIKOYA」や、本物の舞妓・芸妓さんのショーを開催する「GION GEISHA SHOW and EXPERIENCE」を運営。

また侍や忍者の歴史文化について学ぶ「SAMURAI NINJA MUSEUM With Experience」も運営しており、創業時より欧米からのお客様が大変多く、英語でのコミュニケーション力の高さで常に高評価をいただいております。

MAIKOYAはTripadvisorの観光客が好きな体験ツアーにて日本のTOP10に何度も選ばれ、SAMURAI NINJA MUSEUMは訪日ラボ2024年外国人に人気の美術館・博物館ランキング全国1位に選ばれています。

8:00~20:00の中で実働8時間・休憩1時間程度

  • シフト例

・8:00~17:00

・9:00~18:00

・シフト制、休日月9日(週休2日制)

・夏季休日3日

・冬季休日4日

・バースデー休暇

・有給休暇(取得率100%・計画的な有休消化を推進しています)

【給与】

月給32万円~55万円昇給年1回 ※業績と評価による賞与年2回 ※業績と評価による賞与支給例・春75万円+秋75万円、40代入社3年・春60万円+秋60万円、20代入社1年※月給には、月20時間までのみなし残業手当を含みます。※20時間をこえた場合は別途残業手当を支給いたします。※旅行業務取扱管理者の有資格者は手当有り。※給与額は経験・ご希望額を考慮して決定します。
