Role Overview

They are seeking an ML Engineer to join the R&D team, responsible for data preparation and optimization for AI models.

You will lead efforts to improve the performance of products by managing datasets for training, evaluation, and model improvement, collaborating with internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities
Design, create, and preprocess datasets for AI model training
Improve data quality and annotation accuracy
Prepare data for LLMs, object detection models, and other AI models
Optimize data collection and management workflows with cross-functional teams
Improve model training and evaluation processes

Required Skills & Experience
Experience developing and operating ML models using Python or similar
Experience in data preprocessing, cleaning, and annotation management
Basic statistics and data analysis skills

Preferred Skills
Experience creating training data for LLMs or VLMs
Experience handling multilingual, image, or video datasets
Experience building data pipelines in cloud environment

Ideal Candidate
Passionate about improving AI data quality and preparing high-quality datasets
Eager to adopt new technologies and methodologies
Team-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills
Able to leverage frontend, backend, and cloud technologies to improve the data platform

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary:
¥6,000,000 – ¥12,000,000
