■Recruitment Background

The company is leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) across its various units to enhance operational efficiency and create new value. To accelerate these projects, they're looking to hire LLM Engineers.

You'll be assigned to one of the following roles, with your specific placement determined in consultation with you, based on your experience and preferences.

1. Generative AI Products

Launched as a new venture in April 2024, the Data AI Solution business is actively building data infrastructure and developing business systems using generative AI. They're seeking engineers to drive more advanced AI applications.

1. New Product for Commercial Real Estate & Retail Businesses

As a new business launched in March 2024, this initiative focuses on data utilization products for the real estate industry. You'll leverage LLMs for tasks like reading my-soku (property outlines), web scraping shopping center data, and automating sales processes.

1. Business Support Application Development

You'll develop business support applications aimed at streamlining and enhancing Human Intelligence (HI) work. This includes utilizing LLMs for automated data cleansing and assisting with the exploration of new use cases.

■Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for one of the following roles:

1. Generative AI Products

・Design and develop business systems utilizing LLMs (Large Language Models).

・Build data infrastructure leveraging generative AI.

・Research, prototype, and support the practical application of AI technologies.

1. New Product for Commercial Real Estate & Retail Businesses

・Develop products for the real estate industry (e.g., my-soku (property outlines) reading, shopping center web scraping, sales automation).

・Develop real estate data analysis and sales support systems utilizing LLMs.

・Research and implement generative AI applications for new products.

1. Business Support Application Development

・Utilize LLMs for automated data cleansing and transformation.

・Optimize data mapping and explore new use cases.

・Develop systems to support building relationships with data holders.

【 Requirements】

■Required

・Experience in system development utilizing LLMs (Large Language Models).

・Development experience with Python.

・Basic knowledge and practical experience in natural language processing and machine learning.

・Development experience in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

■Preferred

・Experience in designing and developing data engineering/ETL processes.

・Experience with LLM prompt engineering and fine-tuning.

・Research or development experience with LLMs or generative AI, whether personal or professional (entry-level professional experience is acceptable).
