Role OverviewThey are seeking an engineer who embeds into client organizations to deploy AI solutions, support AI projects end-to-end, and deliver tangible business value.
Even if you have no prior AI experience, comprehensive training and mentorship are provided to help you become an FDE capable of supporting AI initiatives across various industries.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and optimize AI-powered systems
Build front-end and back-end prototypes
Support AI implementation at client sites (requirements definition, PM assistance, etc.)
Fine-tune existing LLMs and perform research & development
Conduct data cleaning and preprocessing
Explore ways to integrate generative AI into client services
Main project categories:
LLM-based application development (GPT, LLaMA)
Industry/Business-specific AI solutions (manufacturing, healthcare, finance, retail, logistics)
RAG development (LangChain + generative AI integration)
AI agents (task automation using AI)
Machine learning/deep learning models (regression, classification, clustering, anomaly detection)
Fine-tuning LLMs for domain-specific accuracy
Conversational AI / chatbots
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of backend engineering experience (Python, Ruby on Rails, Java, C#, PHP, etc.)
Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.)
Experience using generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) or willingness to learn quickly
Ability to understand client requirements and implement solutions efficiently
Experience collaborating with engineers, designers, PMs, and external stakeholders
Ownership mindset to see projects through from design to release
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of AI technologies (machine learning, deep learning, algorithms)
Infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Web frontend technologies (HTML, JavaScript)
Experience with system development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
Experience with medium-to-large scale projects (10+ person-months)
Experience in secure programming and web application tuning

Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary:
¥5M–¥6M (based on experience and skills)
Employment Type:
Full-time, with 3-month trial period (up to 6 months)
