【仕事内容】

【職務概要】

同社が開発する光学検査装置において、事業計画と戦略の立案・実行をご担当いただきます。

【職務詳細】

・事業計画と戦略の立案/推進:製品の強み/弱みを分析し、既存/見込み顧客を対象とした、販売促進の戦略立案から実行まで幅広くご担当していただきます。

・予算検討および予算執行状況確認と管理

・中期経営計画のとりまとめ

・装置開発の進捗フォロー:計画に対する進捗状況を管理いただきます。

※経験を考慮して、できる業務から徐々にお任せいたします。

【業務で使用するツール】Excel、Word、PowerPoint、その他社内基幹システム

【入社後の流れ/キャリアパス】

・先輩社員について徐々に上記業務をキャッチアップしながら光学検査装置への理解を深め、1~2年ほどで独り立ちしていただくことを期待しております。

・半導体/半導体製造装置の業界や事業企画の経験がなくとも、企画職としてのキャリアを形成できるポジションです。

・将来的にはグループマネージャーなどの管理職を目指していただきたいと考えております。

年収:570万~960万程度月給制:月額269000円給与:経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇賞与:年2回(7、12月)昇給:年1回(4月)

8時45分~17時30分 ※フレックスタイム制あり(コアタイム無し)

【休日休暇】

【年間休日125日以上】週休2日制(土曜日、日曜日)、祝日、有給休暇10日~20日、、夏期、年末年始、慶弔等
