KPI設計・運用・改善サイクルの構築と推進

組織マネジメント(採用、評価制度、育成施策の整備)

中長期的な成長戦略に沿った新規事業・パートナーシップ推進

CEO・CFOを含む経営陣との連携による意思決定サポート

<最終学歴>大学院、大学卒以上

【必須要件】

事業会社での経営・事業統括経験、または経営直下での事業推進経験

KPI設計からモニタリング・改善までの数値管理経験

部門横断でのマネジメント・組織運営経験

複数のステークホルダーを巻き込みながら事業を推進した経験

同社のミッション・ビジョンへの強い共感(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
