Your new role
Collaborate with CxO-level clients to co-create future visions for manufacturing and propose strategic solutions.
Lead initiatives in digital transformation (DX), global transformation, and organizational reform.
Design enterprise-wide DX strategies, data architectures, and talent development plans.
Launch new services and drive value chain innovation across development, production, logistics, and after-sales.
What you'll need to succeed
5+ years in strategic consulting, business planning, or solution-based sales within manufacturing.
Deep understanding of digital technologies and their role in business transformation.
Proven experience presenting to executive stakeholders and driving high-impact proposals.
Ability to think independently, tackle unprecedented challenges, and act with initiative.
