シームレスなトランジションを実現し、運用の卓越性を確保するためには、単なる専門知識だけでは不十分です。それにはビジョン、リーダーシップ、そして卓越した顧客体験を創り出す情熱が求められます。Professional Services内のLifecycle Services Managementチームの重要なメンバーとして、Consultant, Services Project/Program Managementは、サービス移行の全工程をリードし、Modern Workplaceを支える安定的かつ高品質なサービス提供を実現します。
Lifecycle Services Managementチームは、PCやモニターなどのクライアント製品に関するライフサイクルマネジメントサービスを、トランジションフェーズから運用フェーズまで一貫して担い、顧客体験の向上と安定したサービス運用を実現しています
責任範囲(Responsibilities)
- 日本および必要に応じてAPJC諸国におけるクライアント製品のライフサイクルマネジメントのトランジションを主導し、契約締結から運用開始までシームレスな顧客体験を確保する。
- プロジェクト計画を精査・検証し、潜在的な課題や制約を特定、効果的なリスク軽減策を策定・実施する。
- グローバルかつクロスファンクショナルなチームと連携し、プロジェクト遂行を推進、課題解決やリスク管理を積極的に行う。
- サービスパートナーや社内外のステークホルダーと強固なパートナーシップを構築し、トランジション全体で信頼と整合性を確保する。
- トランジション完了後はサービスデリバリーマネージャーとして運用サービスを統括し、サービスの安定性、継続的改善、顧客満足度の向上を実現する。
- グローバルプログラムやイニシアチブに参画し、Dell Technologiesの戦略に沿ってModern Workplaceソリューションにおけるイノベーションを推進する。
必須要件(Essential Requirements)
- PMI認定資格(PMP)。
- プログラムマネジメント経験(計画策定、ステークホルダー対応、経営層との連携)10年以上。
- グローバルプロジェクトまたはプログラムへの参画経験、異文化・地域を跨いだ業務遂行能力。
- 優れた対人能力、文章力、プレゼンテーション能力を有し、組織のあらゆるレベルで影響力を発揮できること。
- ビジネスレベルの英語力およびネイティブレベルの日本語力。
- Modern Workplaceソリューション(Microsoft 365、Intuneなど)やクラウドベースのModern Workplace環境に関する基本的な理解
