保険業界クライアントとのアカウントマネジメント
プロジェクトマネジメント(進捗・課題・リスク管理)
ステアリングコミッティ向け報告資料の作成
戦略策定および実行計画の立案(PoC、要件定義、テスト・移行、研修など)
海外拠点との連携・コミュニケーション
理想の人材
【必須】
システム関連プロジェクト経験(開発・PMO問わず)1年以上
マネジメント層向け報告資料の作成経験
英語での海外ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション経験
(マネージャー以上)3名以上のプロジェクトマネジメント経験
(マネージャー以上)プロジェクトの立ち上げ経験
【歓迎】
要件定義〜リリースまでの一連の開発経験
50名以上のステークホルダーを含むプロジェクトマネジメント経験
英語での会議ファシリテーション・ワークショップ運営経験
保険業務または保険関連プロジェクト経験
