Overview
We are seeking an experienced Industry Consultant to provide strategic advisory services in the areas of financial crime, compliance operations, and business transformation. This role combines client-facing consulting, solution delivery, and thought leadership, with a strong focus on leveraging technology and industry best practices to drive measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative services to clients, ensuring successful solution adoption and measurable business outcomes.
- Provide domain expertise throughout the pre- and post-sales process, supporting solution design and implementation.
- Mentor and guide internal teams, fostering knowledge transfer and capability building.
- Represent the organization at industry events, webinars, and through thought leadership content such as blogs and seminars.
- Collaborate with product and service teams to identify and enhance complementary offerings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in financial crime, compliance, or related fields within consulting, regulatory bodies, or large financial institutions.
- Proven expertise in compliance operations, financial crime prevention, and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence.
- Strong business development experience with solutions involving significant services components.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- MBA preferred; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
- Experience in public speaking, content creation, and industry engagement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and willingness to travel up to 30%.
