Overview We are seeking an experienced Industry Consultant to provide strategic advisory services in the areas of financial crime, compliance operations, and business transformation.
This role combines client-facing consulting, solution delivery, and thought leadership, with a strong focus on leveraging technology and industry best practices to drive measurable impact.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver consultative services to clients, ensuring successful solution adoption and measurable business outcomes.
Provide domain expertise throughout the pre- and post-sales process, supporting solution design and implementation.
Mentor and guide internal teams, fostering knowledge transfer and capability building.
Represent the organization at industry events, webinars, and through thought leadership content such as blogs and seminars.
Collaborate with product and service teams to identify and enhance complementary offerings.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
10–15 years of experience in financial crime, compliance, or related fields within consulting, regulatory bodies, or large financial institutions.
Proven expertise in compliance operations, financial crime prevention, and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence.
Strong business development experience with solutions involving significant services components.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
MBA preferred; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
Experience in public speaking, content creation, and industry engagement.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and willingness to travel up to 30%.
