インシデント対応支援サービスを提供する IBM X-Force Incident Response の日本チームの一員として、お客様のセキュリティー・インシデント対応を支援するインシデント・レスポンス・コンサルタントを募集いたします。

インシデント発生後の技術支援(フォレンジック、ログ解析、不正プログラム解析等)はもちろんのこと、対応の優先順位付けや公表に関するアドバイス等の技術面以外の支援、事前対応としての訓練や定期的な情報提供など、インシデント対応全般のご支援が可能なポジションです。また、Globalチームの一員として海外メンバーとの協業も可能です。

◆◆◆ 業務内容 ◆◆◆

[インシデント対応支援]

・お客様環境において発生したサイバー・セキュリティー・インシデントの対応支援。これらの対応は必要に応じてGlobalメンバーと連携・協力しながら実施します。

・オンサイトでの証拠物収集、またはオンラインでの証拠物収集支援

・フォレンジック調査、ログ解析、マルウェア検体解析等の技術調査

・対応優先順位、外部公表文面、その他インシデント対応を円滑に進めるためのアドバイスの提供

・調査進捗会議の開催

・調査結論・推奨対策等をまとめた報告書の作成、および最終報告会の開催

・事前対応支援

・定例会議による情報提供、お客様との関係構築

・机上訓練や技術ハンズオンなどのトレーニングの提供・開発

・お客様へのサービス紹介、事例紹介等を通じた提案活動支援

・IBM X-Forceは20年以上の実績を持つサイバーセキュリティー専門チームです。インシデント対応を担うX-Force Incident Responseメンバーはもちろんのこと、ペネトレーションテストを担うX-Force Redや脅威インテリジェンスを扱うX-Force Threat Intelligenceチームとも連携や交流が可能です。

・製造、金融、保険、公共、教育、小売、情報通信など幅広い業種のお客様をご支援可能です。

・国内のみならず、海外拠点におけるインシデントにも対応します。

・トレーニング受講や認定取得、カンファレンス参加は積極的に支援します。

・在宅勤務をベースとしています。必要に応じて出社やお客様オンサイトでの対応を行います。

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

・セキュリティー・インシデント対応業務(トリアージ、証拠物収集、フォレンジック、ログ解析、マルウェア解析、レポート作成等)経験(2年以上)

・上記を含む、ITおよび情報セキュリティ関連業務経験(6年以上)

・お客様、関連部門とのコミュニケーション、調整スキル

・英語によるライティング・リーディングのコミュニケーションスキル(メール、Slack)(参考レベル:TOEIC L&R 700以上、CEFR B1以上)

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

・情報セキュリティに関するトレーニング提供経験(机上演習、ハンズオン演習等)

・クラウド環境(AWS, Azure, GCP等)における構築、運用、またはインシデント対応経験

・OT/ICSにおける構築、運用、またはインシデント対応経験

・事業会社におけるCSIRT業務経験

・テクニカルサポート業務経験

・SOC(Security Operation Center)におけるアナリスト業務経験

・脅威インテリジェンス関連業務経験

・インシデント対応チームのリード経験

・CISSP, GCIH, GCFA, GCFE, GREM, OSCP等の認定保有

・日本語および英語以外の言語(中国語、ポルトガル語等)での基本的なコミュニケーションスキル
