Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations and make sure we have the right job for you
Interviews (the average number of interviews is - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position).
During the interviews you will meet people from our team:your manager of course, but also other people related to your future role.
We will talk in depth about you, your experience and skills but also about the position and what will be expected of you.

Job description

Being a consultant at Amaris Consulting means positioning yourself as a technical and functional expert in an industrial field but above all being an ambassador of our organization to clients thanks to:Your interpersonal skills and ability to listen in order to build a strong relationship of trust with our clients and fully understand their challenges and issues.

Provide second-line investigation and diagnosis for IT incidents and service requests.
Resolve and close incidents/service requests in accordance with help desk procedures and allocated timelines.
Escalate unresolved incidents/service requests within agreed timescales.
Ensure all tickets are updated regularly and accurately until issues are fully resolved.
Liaise with clients, other IT support groups, and third-party providers to resolve issues.
Perform staging of PCs and handle IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities.
Conduct hardware and software maintenance and support.
Troubleshoot and resolve PC incidents and VIP user requests.
Coordinate with the Service Desk for hardware repairs and local Server Team for maintenance.
Provide support for special events and conferences as required.
Support Connected Backup client operations.
Provide local network support and/or assist the centralized Network team.
Your profile
Experience with second-line IT support and troubleshooting.
Experience with PC staging, IMAC activities, hardware/software maintenance.
Experience coordinating with Service Desk and Server/Network teams.
Academic background:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Fluent Japanese and English.
You have a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving mindset.
