募集背景
楽天が展開する70以上のサービスを一つのアプリで使えるようにする新規事業です。
現在は楽天モバイルの国内通話・SMS無料アプリ"Rakuten Link"を拡張し、実装を進めています。
アプリ一つで様々なサービスを利用可能にすることでユーザー体験を向上し、
楽天が持つエコシステムの強化・拡大にとどまらず、
今後は社外のパートナーとも連携するプラットフォームとしてグローバルに展開していきます。
グループ全体や社外パートナーの各サービスを結びユーザーの利便性を高め、グループ全体のエコシステムを成長させる仕事です。
当ポジションでは、予算策定・KPI設計を通じた事業計画、PLやKPIモニタリングを通じた実行支援およびマネジメントレポートなどの業務を中心に行っていただきます。また会計、法務や人事など幅広いステークホルダーとの連携を通じ、新規事業の成長をリードして頂きます。
業務内容
ご経験にあわせて下記業務をお任せします。
・年次予算計画及び業績管理
・KPI、PL指標などのモニタリング、見込み作成、課題抽出及び課題解決のサポート
・モニタリング・PDCAに関する各種会議体の設計・運営
・マネジメントレポートの作成(全社重要会議、週次レポート等)
・グループ会社間取引や経理処理等の各種オペレーション
・会計、法務や人事など事業の状況に応じたプロジェクトのリード
必須要件:
・事業会社での経営・事業企画業務のご経験をお持ちの方
・経営分析を行う上で必要なレベルの管理会計知識・スキル
・論理的思考力、分析力、洞察力
・TOEIC800点以上または同等の英語力
歓迎要件:
・IT関連サービスにおける事業戦略立案業務のご経験
・基礎的なプロジェクトマネジメント能力
・未経験領域の業務についても課題を設定し解決する姿勢と能力
