楽天・事業について
マーケティングディビジョンは、70以上のサービスを有する楽天グループのメンバーシップバリュー、エコシステムの拡大をミッションに、グループ横断組織としてブランド、クリエイティブ、マーケティング、メンバーシップをリードしています。

モバイル領域はエコシステムの根幹を担うプラットフォームと考えており、マーケティングディビジョンとして、楽天モバイルとの連携をより推進しています。

部署・サービスについて
エコシステムプロダクト戦略企画部はグループ全体のサービスを一つにまとめる"Rakuten Link"アプリの企画開発・改善を行う全社注力プロジェクトを推進している組織です。

サービス横断でのおトクなキャンペーン、各種決済へのアクセスなど「楽天経済圏の全てを」を実現し、楽天のみならずパートナー企業も含めた世界でも類を見ないエコシステムのプラットフォームとして展開をしていきます。

配属予定のビジネスディベロップメント課では"Rakuten Link"アプリの機能開発や実装やマネタイズに向けてのサービス企画、開発を行っております。楽天モバイルの回線数も600万を超え、更なる拡大が期待される中で、"Rakuten Link"アプリをより便利に、そしておトクなものにすることで、エコシステムの拡大を目指します。

募集背景
ユーザー数増加・規模拡大中のため、新たにプロジェクトの力になっていただける方を将来のマネジメント候補として募集しています。まだまだこれから進化するアプリですので、様々なチャンスがあるポジションです。

業務内容
ご経験や適性・ご希望に応じ、プロダクトの収益拡大をミッションとして、下記の例のような業務を楽天内外の関係者と協力しながらリードしていただくポジションです。

・アプリプロダクトを軸としたビジネス戦略・プランニング及び推進ロードマップの策定

・個別案件の企画立案・実行

・新機能の企画、要件定義

・成果を最大化するKGI・KPIの設定、運用

・プロジェクト推進、収益改善のためのPDCA

プロジェクトの例としては下記のようなものがございます。

・Rakuten Linkの広告を活用したマネタイズ

・パートナーとの協業、アラインアンス

・Rakuten Linkの公式アカウントを活用したマネタイズなど

Super Appを目指すRakuten Link自体が始まったばかりのプロダクトのため、マネタイズの初期フェーズから楽天の様々な事業・サービスとも連携をしながらサービス開発できるポジションです。

必須要件:
・スマートフォンアプリの企画、要件作成の経験

・KPI管理/試算/分析などの経験

・ビジネス英語(業務での実務経験)

歓迎要件:
・事業計画の策定の経験

・広告ビジネスの経験

・マーケティング施策の企画、実行などの経験

・新規事業/サービスの立ち上げ経験

・プロダクトマネジメントの経験

・SQLやツールを使ったデータ分析経験
