You will lead the approval of investment plans in accordance with global processes. This involves collaborating with Head Site Engineering, Head Project Engineering, and global counterparts to ensure alignment.
Your key responsibilities will include leading large-scale engineering projects based on investment plans. You will coordinate and manage all parties involved, both internal and external vendors. Additionally, you will investigate new technologies and establish technical standards for facilities and equipment. Furthermore, you will ensure overall regulatory compliance of facilities and equipment and provide training within the organization.
We are looking for a highly skilled candidate with a university degree or above. Your experience should include at least 5 years in pharmaceutical engineering, with knowledge of GMP, mechanical aspects of production equipment, building design, HVAC, plumbing, field building standards, fire protection, environment, explosion protection, and project management skills. Proficiency in English is essential, as well as fluency in Japanese and English (oral and written). A TOEIC score of 730 or higher, TOEIC Speaking score of 120 or higher, and a GBC score of 1.8 or higher are also required.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
