- Lead investment plan approval in accordance with global process in collaboration with Head Site Engineering head/Head Project Engineering and global counterparts
- Lead large Shiga engineering projects based on investment plan by coordinating & managing all parties concerned (both in-house and outside vendors)
- Investigate new technologies and establish technical standards for facility and equipment
- Ensure overall regulatory compliance of facilities and equipment and associated documentation and provide training in organization
- University degree or above
- At least 5 years experience in pharmaceutical engineering with GMP knowledge including mechanical knowledge for production equipment, building, HVAC and plumbing, field building standard, fire protection, environment, explosion protection
- Solid Project management knowledge and skill
- Project lead and execution for designing, construction supervising from budgeting to handover to process including IQ/OQ for Pharmaceutical facilities
- English communication skill to global function
- Fluency in Japanese and English (oral and written) skills
- TOEIC L&R > 730, TOEIC Speaking >120, GBC > 1.8
