募集職種: 薬剤師

仕事内容: 薬剤師業務およびその他調剤薬局運営に関する業務全般

・調剤業務

・個人在宅

・施設在宅担当(オンコールあり)

※オンコールは週替りの当番制(現在はだいたい月1回当番の週があります)

※外来の調剤業務もありますが、在宅業務がメインです

※経験の浅い方は、まずは外来で1~2年ほど経験を積んでから在宅業務をお願いします

従事すべき業務の変更の範囲:なし

就業場所の変更の範囲:転居を伴わない店舗へ異動の可能性あり

資格: 薬剤師免許をお持ちの方

薬局・病院での調剤経験が1年以上ある方

勤務時間: 平日 9:00~19:00(休憩60分)

土曜 9:00~13:00(休憩なし)

上記時間にて、1ヶ月単位の変形労働時間制にて週40時間勤務

※時間外 月平均10時間程度

休日・休暇: ■ 週休2日制(日+その他1日)

■ 国民の祝日

※週40時間の変形労働制のため、働き方はご相談に応じます

※休日の曜日は原則固定ですが、前月末までにあらかじめご相談いただければ調整可能です。

年間休日120日

※夏季休暇、年末年始は別途付与

現在、「いるか薬局 本店」では薬局での調剤経験が1年以上ある薬剤師さんを募集中です。お仕事は個人宅・高齢者施設への在宅業務が中心ですので、薬剤師としてスキルの幅を広げたい方にピッタリです

経験が浅い方も、いきなり在宅業務を任せることはありませんのでご安心くださいね♪ まず外来業務で経験を積んでいきましょう

3年以上の経験者も大歓迎在宅分野でさらにステップアップ◎


調剤経験が3~5年以上ある方には、在宅業務を中心にお仕事をお任せしたいと考えています。まずは先輩社員が訪問に同行しますので、在宅の経験がないという方も安心してチャレンジできます。

今後ますます需要が高まっていくと考えられる在宅医療の分野で、これからの薬剤師に求められるワンランク上のスキルが身につきます

お休みは日曜日+どこか別の1日で、完全週休2日制◎

「学校行事があってこの日がどうしても休みにしたい」「結婚式なのでこの土曜日は無理だな・・・」等という場合もシフト提出日までにご相談いただければもちろん調整可能です

処方箋科目: 内科、循環器、小児科

平均処方箋枚数: 60枚/日
