新規出店、店舗改修の設計/施工監理職【発注者側/夜間なし/年休121日/転勤無/東京都千代田区

【仕事内容】

東証プライム市場上場会社/回転ずし最大手の「スシロー」を運営する同グループにて、新規出店、店舗改修の設計/施工監理職をご担当いただきます(東京)

  • 魅力

・外食各社の売上高が減収となる中、郊外型/都市型の出店、システム投資(自動会計システム、アプリ注文など)に積極的で創業以来連続で増収しています

・実際の現場代理人業務はゼネコン等に委託しますので、現場代理人業務は行わず、発注者側の立場となります

・年休121日、夜間対応ほぼなし(緊急時の可能性はゼロではございませんが、ほぼございません)、転勤当面なしと、腰を落ち着けて働いていただけます。

  • 具体的には

グループ企業の店舗設計/現場管理をご担当いただきます。

年間で新規出店とリニューアル併せて、10件程度の物件をご担当いただく予定です。

※国内店舗の業務がメインとなります。

・新店の店舗設計、工事コストと工程管理、引渡までの設計監理

・出店候補案件のプラン検討と工事コスト算出、現場状況などの確認

・改装内容、工事コストの取りまとめ、図面作成及び現場監理

・既存店への新規設備導入の図面作成及び工事コストと工程管理

  • 仕事の流れ

店舗開発部から設計依頼物件情報・白図の確認現地確認

レイアウト作成想定予算作成サインプラン・実行予算作成

  • 実施設計(B工事業者打合せ、各協力業者への図面作成依頼)

工事着工(約2.5ヶ月~3.0ヶ月)現場確認(着工、中間、内装検査、竣工検査、引渡し)

  • 取引先からの請求確認、竣工書類、竣工図面、現場写真の取りまとめ保存

  • 設計いただく店舗

「あきんどスシロー」の新店出店とリニューアルが中心となります。

新規出店は現段階ではビルインの店舗が多いですが、改装を含めるとロードサイドの店舗が多く、ビルイン/ロードサイドのいずれかの経験があればご活躍いただけます。

  • 働き方

〇転勤は当面ございません。

〇出店、改装が多くなっている現状もあり、残業時間は発生しておりますが、各メンバーが30時間以内に収まっている状況です。

【年収例】5,000,000 円 - 6,900,000円(25歳~40歳:例)【月収例】285,000円~375,000円(25歳~40歳:例)※上記の想定年収は平均残業30時間を想定した残業代を含んでおります。※固定残業はございません。昇給:年1回賞与:原則年3回
