仕事内容
コンカレントエンジニアリングの実現に向け、特に開発初期段階(構想設計段階)の設計プロセスを改善・規定する取り組みの、全社事業部門向け支援を担当いただきます。 協業先事業部門のビジネス特性に合わせ、あるべき開発プロセスを決めていく、いわばコンサルティングのような業務になります。

資格
【必須】
・高専卒以上(専攻不問、機電系専攻出身者歓迎)
・設計開発業務(製品領域不問)の実務もしくはコンサルティングの経験を3年以上有する方
【歓迎】※下記のいずれかの経験があると望ましい
・個別受注系ビジネスにおける、客先要求を設計仕様に落とし込むプロセスや、企画量産系ビジネスにおける、商品企画段階プロセスの経験を有する方
・開発・設計などの業務プロセス改善の経験
・TOEIC600点相当以上の英語力

年収600〜1100万円 ※ご経験を考慮
【技術開発本部における年収イメージ】
700万円前後/27〜33歳・V2(月給約35万円〜+賞与+時間外労働手当)
900万円前後/32〜37歳・V3(月給約45万円〜+賞与+時間外労働手当)
約950〜1,200万円/37〜45歳・基幹職(月給約55万円〜+賞与)
※基幹職については時間外労働手当なし、その他は20hを想定
※上記は技術開発本部における実際の運用状況であり、入社時の処遇はご経験や担当業務、期待役割に応じて決定となります。
