仕事内容
自動車塗装に使用されるロボット及び周辺装置の機械設計/エンジニアリング業務に従事いただきます。
引合対応から参加し、受注後はロボット及び周辺機器を含む機械システムの設計・製作・組立・出荷・現地引渡しまでを一気通貫で担当いただきます。また業務に慣れてこればスケジュールや予算管理等、マネジメント業務にも携わっていただきます。
<主な業務内容>
〜技術関連業務〜(7割前後見込み)
顧客仕様に基づくロボットシステムの構成検討
ロボット本体の機械設計(駆動部設計・構造設計)
製造ラインにおけるロボット配置レイアウト設計、ロボットターンテーブルや治具の設計
設計レビュー、品質確認、リスク管理
ソフト・ハード設計担当との調整業務
〜管理・調整業務〜(3割前後見込み)
見積業務、コスト試算、予算管理、案件スケジュールの作成・調整・管理
社内関係者 (営業・製造・サービス部門) との調整、技術窓口として顧客との折衝・仕様確認
現地立上げ支援(必要に応じて技術者派遣)

資格

高専卒以上(理系)
何らかの駆動部設計経験(年数問わない)
自動化技術や製造プロセスに関する基本知識

工場自動化設備の設計・導入経験

年収600万〜900万円 ※ご経験を考慮
【モデル年収】
約540万円/25歳(月給約29万円+賞与+時間外労働手当)
約680万円/31歳(月給約36万円+賞与+時間外労働手当)
約870万円/36歳(月給約46万円+賞与+時間外労働手当)
約900〜1050万円/40歳・基幹職(月給約55万円+賞与)
※基幹職については時間外労働手当なし、その他は20hを想定
※上記はモデル例であり、ご経験や期待役割に応じて決定
