受付業務ではなく、院全体の運営・人材マネジメントを担うポジションです。

▼ アーティスト・スタッフのマネジメント

・1on1面談の実施

・育成計画の作成/フォロー

・施術の進捗ヒアリング

・日々のモチベーション管理

・業務上の困りごとの吸い上げと改善支援

▼ クリニック運営サポート(改善・仕組みづくり)

・業務フロー、導線の改善提案

・日々の運営で発生する課題の解決支援

・働きやすい環境整備(備品・コミュニケーション整備など)

・施術スケジュールの調整/最適化

▼ 接遇品質の管理・向上

・来院ゲストの満足度向上施策の設計

・アーティストの接遇品質チェック

・改善ポイントのフィードバック

▼ 本部・バックオフィスとの連携

・在庫管理/発注依頼

・勤怠データ・施術データの提出

・改善プロジェクトでの連携

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥417,000 〜 ¥667,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥74,600〜¥119,300(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

年収:500万円~800万円

月給:41.7万円 ~ 66.7万円

※美容クリニック経験者、店長経験者は優遇

超過分は別途支給。

  • 34歳/美容クリニック副主任 → 年収580万円(入社2年目)
  • 37歳/アパレルエリアマネージャー経験者 → 年収650万円(入社1年目)
