【広報×SNS】美容クリニック・アートメイクアーティストスクール全般の広報/SNS運用・集客・CRM

具体的な仕事内容

先輩方の前職は・・・

脱毛のエステティシャン、美容部員、アパレル販売員、ネイリスト、アイリスト、、など

アートメイクブランドを中心に、美容クリニック・スクール事業などグループ全体の広報を担うポジションです。

SNS・LINE・Web運用などを通じて集客・認知を支えるとともに、現場と連携しながらサービスの魅力を最大化。

数値と感性の両面から、ブランドの"伝わる"を仕組みで育てていける環境です。

★ゆくゆくはリーダーとして、チームを牽引する活躍も期待しています。

<具体的な仕事内容>

【広報・SNS企画・運用】

■競合調査・SNSリサーチ、配信ネタの企画

■Instagram・LINE(Lステップ)での配信・分析

■Canvaでのバナー制作、投稿ライティング

【Web・制作管理】

■WordPress更新、Web業者への指示出し

■ホームページの運営・改善提案

【CRM・データ活用】

■売上・集客データの集計・分析

■顧客データを活かしたCRM施策の企画・実行

【企画・調整業務】

■新メニュー・商材導入時の企画・進行管理

■医師・ナース・カウンセラーとの連携

■外部業者との打ち合わせ・調整

【資料作成】

■社内報告用のレポート・提案資料の作成

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥280,000 〜 ¥350,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥14,942〜¥17,241(10時間相当分)を含む。10時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
