・プロパティマネジャー(PM)業務経験を活かし、グループサービスの法人向け提案営業
・顧客は一般事業法人、主に不動産関連含む幅広い法人
・グループ各社と連携しながら提案内容を設計・調整
・ノルマなし・関係構築型で、中長期的な信頼関係を築く営業スタイル
