仕事内容


『理科・実験教室』は、驚きと発見が生まれる場所。ここは「未来の科学者」が集う場所です。その講師陣が安全に指導し、生徒様が実験に没頭できる環境を創るのが、私たちの総務。多種多様な実験器具や薬品の管理、安全備品のメンテナンス、施設管理、そして何より会社の「顏」としての電話対応…。あなたの仕事が、発見があふれる会社の「大動脈」となります。

【主な業務】

・物の動きで全ての把握備品管理

「備品の管理」=「足りないものを発注する」だけではありません。「安いか高いか」はもちろん、「そもそも本当に当社に必要なものなのか」、「いつも在庫がなくなるのは、どこに問題があるのか」……。言われたことをただ淡々とこなすのではなく、「備品管理を通して、会社のすべてを把握する」、「その背景にある問題点を洗い出してやる」というレベルでの備品管理をお願いします

・会社の最前線電話対応・郵便管理

電話も郵便も、当社の「代表」となる窓口は、総務。決して裏方のお仕事ではありません。会社の顏として応対し、適切な場所への仕分けをお任せします。そのためにも、当社の多岐にわたる業務に精通し、他部署のメンバーとも密にコミュニケーションを取っていただきたいです。

・誰もが納得社内ルールの取り扱い

・大動脈アカウント・システム管理

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 22万6000円 〜 30万2100円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり7万4000円 〜 9万7900円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり45時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
