【仕事内容】

お任せするのは、AIを搭載した自社開発SNSマーケティング、LLMOツールの提案営業です。

「集客を増やしたい」「売上を伸ばしたい」といった課題を持つ企業や店舗のオーナー様へ、解決策となるツールをご提案します。

アポイントから商談、契約までを一貫して担当し、お客様の事業成長を支援します。

提案先は美容・教育・不動産・医療など多岐にわたり、経営者層との直接対話を通じて、本質的な課題解決力が身につきます。

【未経験でも安心のサポート体制】

在籍メンバーの9割以上が未経験スタート入社後最長6ヶ月の手厚い研修で、未経験からプロの営業へ。チーム全体であなたの独り立ちを徹底サポートします。

給与詳細


基本給:月給 28万円 〜

固定残業代:あり

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

※昇給:年12回(毎月)

※通勤交通費支給あり(上限30,000円)

※毎月5種類以上のインセンティブ、キャンペーンあり

※その他、報奨金(優秀社員/MVP/社長賞など)、結婚祝金、出産祝金、慶弔見舞金など各種手当あり

※月給について、経験・能力等を考慮の上、加給・優遇いたします。

※固定残業代あり:月給¥280,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥70,000(45時間相当分)を含みます。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給いたします。

研修期間中に関しては1か月当たりの固定残業代¥62,500(45時間相当分)を含みます。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給いたします。

休憩120分ありお昼休憩60分+1時間ごとに休憩あり
