大阪支社の立ち上げメンバーを大募集
外国人人材の採用サポートをお任せします
【仕事内容】
・既存クライアントのフォロー
・新規クライアントとの商談
・「クライアント」と「外国人」のマッチング
・SNSを活用した外国人材の集客
・外国人の就労開始後のフォロー など
<具体的には…>
新規クライアントとの商談や、
既存クライアントの定期フォローなどの
法人営業をメインに、
SNSを活用した外国人求職者の集客、
求職者のフォローまで幅広いお仕事に
チャレンジできるポジションです。
SNSを通して求人情報を配信したり、
就労までの相談や手続きのサポート、
その他、キャリアアドバイザーや
リクルーティングアドバイザーとしての業務も
お任せしていきます。

私たちが行っている「特定技能外国人」の
採用支援ビジネスでは、「SNS」や
自社媒体の「さくらJOB」の活用によって、
日本で働くたくさんの外国人就労者と
日々繋がっています。
実績としては、東南アジアをはじめとする
11か国の就労者の支援をしています。
ただクライアントに外国人求職者を
紹介するわけではなく、求職者1人1人と向き合い
その人に合ったお仕事を紹介できるのも
弊社が大事にしているポイントです。

A. 日本語で対応できれば、
外国語は不要です。
Q. 出張はありますか?
A. 国内で1~2日の短期出張はあります。
海外出張はありません。

A. 東京本社で既に運営している事業です。
オンラインMTGなどで進捗や情報共有していきます。
Q. 集客に使用するSNSは何を使いますか?
A. 主にFacebookを活用し、
他SNSも今後予定しています。
Q. SNSの集客経験は必要ですか?
A. プライベートでの使用経験でも歓迎です。

資格
- 人材業界での営業経験がある方大歓迎
- SNSを活用した集客経験のある方、

実働時間:8時間/日

(固定残業代や一律手当を含む)
固定残業代:1ヶ月あたり8万2000円(固定残業時間:48時間21分)
固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
※基本給には職務成果手当36,000円/月を含みます。
