【業務内容】
・主要業務は以下の通り。
・HPEのビジネスを拡大し、営業目標を達成する
・各製品営業/Presalesと共にAccount Teamをリードする。
・顧客組織長・役員クラスとのリレーションシップを構築、強化することにより、顧客にとってHPEが戦略的パートナに位置づけられるようする。
・顧客のビジネス戦略や課題を深く理解しビジネスプランの作成と実行する。
・顧客の課題を理解し、解決するために付加価値の高いITソリューションの提案、交渉、クロージングをリードする
・パートナとの協調ビジネスの推進
【担当する顧客】
テリトリーマネージャーとして、西日本エリア(大阪・兵庫、京都)を中心にEnterpriseおよびPublic Sector のお客様を担当し、新規顧客・を拡大する
製品営業/Presalesと共にAccount Teamを組織し顧客を担当する。必要に応じて、社外パートナとも連携する
【必須要件】
・5年以上のIT企業営業の経験者 (メーカー、Sier等問わず)
・Quotaを達成する強い実行力と意思、フットワーク軽くスピード感を持って活動できる方。特に新規顧客でも勢力的に活動できる方を希望します。
・顧客マネージメント層とのコミュニケーション能力
・プレゼンテーション/ファシリテーションスキル
・ITインフラ全般の知識 (サーバ、ネットワーク、ストレージ、基盤関連のソフトウェア)
・HPE社内とのコミュニケーション能力
・HPEの製品知識(あれば尚可)
・HPEの業務知識(あれば尚可)
【その他(Want条件)】
・英語力 (海外への顧客アテンド、顧客の海外展開への支援や海外でのトレーニング、報告あり)

勤務地:大阪
西日本エリアのMidMarket規模の民間・自治体を担当する営業部門。ハイタッチおよびパートナとの協業により、HPEの顧客を拡大する
