ツアーオペレーター
旅行予約の経験があり、ツアーオペレーターとしてチームに参加していただける情熱的な方を募集しています。
仕事の内容は、さまざまなサプライヤー(ホテル、レストラン、運送会社など)に連絡し、問い合わせ、予約等を行います。
主な責任:
予約と問い合わせをします。
予約プロセスについてツアーデザイナーと連絡を取ります。
さまざまな旅行サプライヤーと連絡や対応を行います。
必要条件:
旅行業でのオペレーターの経験。
日本語に日常会話からビジネススキル(書き言葉と話し言葉の両方)。
英語:
日常会話程度 (望ましい条件)
創造的な問題解決能力。
基本的なPCスキル(Word、Excelなど)
外国人候補者も大歓迎です。

About Us:
A Touch of Japan is a tour operator and local DMC based in Kanuma, Tochigi prefecture, specializing in personalized travel across Japan.
We're Hiring:
Tour Operators
We are seeking passionate individuals with travel reservations experience to join our team as Tour Operators.
you will require to have holistic perspective, excellent organizational and communicative skills and the ability to lead negotiation.
In this role, you will contact various suppliers (Hotels, Restaurants, Transportation companies, etc.) make inquiries and reservations and execute various decisions based on availability, budget and correct flow of the itinerary.
Foreign candidates with a Japanese working permit are welcomeWork style:
We prefer candidates who live in the area and can come to the office regularly. However, for suitable candidates we can offer hybrid or remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the logistical side of the itinerary with consideration to the given budget.
Develop and maintain connections with various travel suppliers.
Communicate with Tour Designers regarding the booking process.
Requirements:
Previous experience working in the travel industry or similar rolls which required dealing with various suppliers is a great advantage.
Conversational English skills (strong advantage)
Creative problem-solving abilities, strong organizational skills.
Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
