【The Core Mission】 As a Wowie, your job is to unlock the "invisible" value of Japan. You are the bridge between world-class artisans (including master sake brewers) and global travelers seeking a profound connection. You don't just translate words; you interpret the spirit, the history, and the "vibe" of the craft.
【Key Responsibilities】
1. Immersive Storytelling
- Master the history and philosophy of our partner sake breweries and artisan workshops.
- Share these "untold stories" with guests in a way that is engaging, emotional, and intellectually stimulating.
2. Facilitating Connection
- Lead small groups into private spaces usually closed to the public.
- Facilitate direct interaction between the master artisans (Toji) and the guests, ensuring a deep and respectful exchange.
3. Vibe Management
- Ensure the entire experience flows seamlessly, maintaining the premium and "WOW" atmosphere of the brand.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, helping guests navigate the subtle etiquettes and profound depths of Japanese tradition.
4. Community Feedback
- As a founding member, provide feedback to help us refine our experiences for the 2026 grand launch.

Working Hours: Project-Based & Fully Flexible (Perfect for your lifestyle)
At WOW, we value quality over quantity. Your working hours are tied to the specific tours and experiences you choose to lead.
- Duration: Typically 2 to 5 hours per experience, depending on the curated itinerary (e.g., a deep-dive sake brewery visit or an artisan workshop session).
- Flexibility: You decide your availability. Whether you want to lead experiences once a week or several times a month, the choice is yours.
- Time Slots: Most experiences take place during daytime or early evening hours, aligning with the operating hours of our partner breweries and workshops.
