仕事内容:
既に取引のある不動産会社・管理物件を担当し、
サービスの導入推進や利用フォローを行います。
- 定期訪問による状況確認
- サービス導入に関する説明・調整
- 利用中の困りごとのヒアリング
- 営業所からの問い合わせ対応
- 関係部署への連携・報告
目標はありますが、短期数字を追い続ける営業ではありません
