営業戦略の立案から実行、組織マネジメント、収益責任までを一気通貫で担うポジションとして、営業組織全体の成長を牽引していただきます。

・営業戦略の企画立案および実行
・営業チームのマネジメント(育成、評価、採用)
・大手クライアントや、重要案件の直接対応・関係構築
・売上/利益目標の達成に向けた、KPI管理と改善

年収:600万~800万程度
月給制:月額400000円
