グローバル基幹業務システム(ERP)の導入・定着業務のマネジメント業務:会計領域

【職務詳細】

グローバルで拠点毎に個別導入したERPシステム(SAP R/3)を、

S/4HANAへ標準テンプレートを用いて展開しERPシステムを統一していきます。

日本本社としてSAP社製ERPS/4HANAをベースとした、導入・定着をグローバルで推進する業務をご担当いただきます。

※但し、国ごとの法律、制度、税務の違いは、現地コンサルタント等のサポートを受ける予定です。

【求める人材】

【必須】

・ERP導入知識・経験(FI/CO)

・会計業務に関する知識(制度会計、管理会計、連結会計、税務知見)

・簿記2級以上又は同等の知識を有する

・マネジメント経験

【尚可】

・ERP導入経験者(特に海外地域英語圏・中華圏での導入経験優遇)

・認定コンサルタント資格保有者優遇

・上場会社(できれば製造会社)での経理経験(就業年数の10年以上)

・大型プロジェクト経験者優遇(特にグローバルプロジェクト)

【働き方について】

フレックスタイムは業務やプライベートに合わせて自由に利用しております。社内でのコミュニケーションが必要になる職場のため、在宅勤務は週1、2日程度の利用となっています。

【給与】

年収:900万~1100万程度

月給制:月額480000円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:年2回(7月、12月)

昇給:年1回

東急東横線「中目黒」駅より徒歩8分

勤務地変更の範囲:本社及び全国の事業場、支社、営業所

【勤務時間】

フレックスタイム制(コアタイム13:00~15:00)〈標準的な勤務時間〉8:30~17:30(実働8時間)
