Key Area of Responsibilities**

• Provide support to the Manufacturing (Discrete & Process) clients for implementation of ERP solutions.
• Conduct business process analysis and mapping to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the end users to understand the requirements and / or challenges and work with the team for the solution design.
• Work with the business users to identify and prioritize new requirements and customizations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, to integrate ERP solutions seamlessly into existing workflows.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the ERP system, collaborating with relevant teams for data maintenance.
• Participate/conduct the review meetings and discussions.

Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Consultant or similar role, focused on Manufacturing domain and ERP implementation.
• Understanding of different manufacturing processes like; Manufacturing Planning, Scheduling, Manufacturing Execution, Inventory, Quality Management Processes.
• Preferably APICS CPIM, CSCP certified or any equivalent certification in Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain Domain.
• Experience conducting Business Process discussion with Business users in Manufacturing function.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems, with a willingness to learn and specialize in manufacturing-focused modules.
• Exposure working with cross-functional teams to collaborate for project outcomes and delivery.

Required Skills

• Business Level Japanese language skills (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to address challenges during requirements and ERP implementation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving manufacturing processes and ERP system updates.
• Self-motivated, dedicated and customer focused.
• Open to acquire new skill on ERP application – Manufacturing modules.

• Good to have skills/credentials:

• Business communication skills in English

• Experience in Consulting and Implementation for customers in Core Manufacturing, Hi-Tech Manufacturing and Automotive industries.
• Experience/Certification in any ERP systems like SAP, Oracle EBS, BaaN, Infor, JDE

• 製造計画、スケジューリング、製造実行、在庫管理、品質管理など、各種製造プロセスの理解
• APICS CPIM、CSCP、または製造/サプライチェーン領域における同等の認定資格を保有していることが望ましい
• 製造部門のビジネスユーザーとの業務プロセスに関するディスカッションを実施した経験
• ERPシステムの基本的な理解と、製造業向けモジュールへの習熟意欲
• プロジェクト成果と納品に向けて、他部門と連携した業務経験
