About The Role
As a
Senior Consultant
(Project Manager), you will lead and deliver complex insurance projects, ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction. You will coordinate resources, manage stakeholders, and drive project outcomes in a dynamic, multi-vendor environment. In this role, you will be a valued member of

, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, delivery teams, and client partners to drive measurable outcomes.
In This Role, You Will
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop detailed project plans and track progress.
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using relevant systems, tools, and techniques.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Lead multi-vendor projects.
Work model
We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 4 days a week in a client in Tokyo. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.

What You Must Have To Be Considered
- Bilingual proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and English (TOEIC 750+).
- Proven experience in project management, including planning and tracking projects from the customer side.
- 7+ years of relevant experience.

- PMP or CSM certification.
