職務内容


診断薬の生産プロセスにおける品質管理業務を中心に、高品質・安定供給・低価格なモノづくりを実現し、顧客満足度と収益向上に貢献していただける方を募集いたします。

各国規制当局や認証機関によるQMS査察対応も担っていただく場合がございます。

検査を支えるシスメックスの活動

血液検査について

具体的には次のような職務があり、お持ちのご経験、スキルに応じてお任せする内容を決定します。

・係長補佐として年度計画の策定・実行、進捗管理

・検査ラインや設備の管理・点検による安定した製品づくりの支援

・不具合や品質問題発生時の原因調査、改善策の実施、苦情対応

・新製品や海外向け品目の量産体制準備、移管業務の推進

・生産工程の効率化や品質向上を目的とした改善活動の企画・推進、進捗管理

・チームメンバーへの指導・育成、社内外関係者との調整・協力による円滑な業務運営

求める経験・スキル


【必須(MUST)】

・品質管理職としての製造現場での業務経験

※異業種歓迎塗料、食品、化学薬品メーカー出身の方にもご活躍いただいています。

・製造現場における検査業務、工程改善、設備保守等の実務経験

・基本的なOffice365アプリケーション(Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams等)の操作、資料作成経験

【歓迎(WANT)】

・バイオ医薬品・バイオ診断薬メーカーでの品質管理・生産技術経験

・CAPA、不適合・逸脱管理、品質苦情対応、QMS査察対応の経験

・業務プロセス改善や運用管理等の業務をリーダーとして企画、推進した経験

・グローバル工場・海外品目移管の経験
