【業務内容】
■各施策の企画担当者と主体的に連携して、育成プログラムの運営企画・運用、またその継続的改善や仕組化を通じ、社員のラーニングエクスペリエンスを最大化するパートナーとして動く
■各施策の企画担当者、関連部門、受講者(従業員)等、ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションや合意形成
■人材開発プログラム提供までの一連のプロセス(研修計画立案、ポリシー策定、会場準備、受講アナウンス、出欠管理、資料準備、研修当日運営等)の企画・運用
■人材開発プログラム提供後のオペレーション(アンケート実施、回収、集計等、受講登録等)の企画・運用

【必須経験・スキル】
■プロジェクトマネジメントのスキルと経験(複数のタスクやスケジュールを並行して管理し、期日内に成果物を完成させた経験(例:イベント企画・運営、キャンペーン管理、システム導入プロジェクトなど)
■コミュニケーション、調整スキル
■部署内外の多様なステークホルダー(例:企画担当者、ベンダー、社内講師、受講者など)と円滑なコミュニケーションを構築し、合意形成を図った経験
■異なる意見や要求を調整し、最適な解決策を導き出した経験 (会議や打ち合わせにおいて、議題設定から議事録作成、ファシリテーションまでを適切に実施できる能力)
■業務標準化(仕組化)スキル(最適な業務手順を企画しマニュアルに落とし込んで組織内で展開する能力)
■MS Officeスキル(例:分析(Pivotや関数)が可能なレベルのExcelスキル、重要な社内会議用の資料作成が可能なレベルのPowerPointスキル)
■流暢な日本語力
