必要な条件/経験:

  • 科学、テクノロジー、工学、数学のいずれかの学士号を取得していること(同等の実務経験でも可)。
  • ウェブ技術、データ/ビッグデータ、機械学習、システム管理、ネットワーキング、Kubernetes のうち、2 つ以上に携わった 5 年以上の経験。
  • 汎用言語(Python、Java、Go、C、C++ など)で書かれたコードを理解またはデバッグした 5 年以上の経験。
  • 日本語と英語による優れたコミュニケーション能力を備え、社内外の関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを取れること。

望ましい経験/スキル:

  • SQL データベース管理、オープンソース ソフトウェア コミュニティ、クラウド ネットワーキング ソリューション、分散コンピューティングに携わった経験。
  • データ分析、ウェアハウジング、ETL(抽出、変換、読み込み)開発、データ サイエンス、その他のビッグデータ アプリケーションのうちいずれかに携わった経験。
  • レコメンデーション エンジン、データ パイプライン、または分散型機械学習の利用経験。
  • クラウドベースの環境(Docker、Kubernetes など)で分散型アプリケーションまたはマイクロサービスに携わった経験。
  • 部門横断的な連携が求められる流動的な環境で業務を遂行した経験。
  • ウェブ アプリケーションの開発 / デプロイ、HTTP / RESTful API のトラブルシューティング、データベースの設計 / トラブルシューティングなどに関する知識。

Google Cloud チームは、企業、学校、政府機関のお客様が Google プロダクトへの切り替えをスムーズに行えるよう支援するとともに、その後も継続的にサポートを提供しています。技術的な課題を解決し、Google プロダクトがビジネスのコラボレーションをいかに推進するかを示すことが求められます。担当地域や海外のお客様は言うまでもなく、ウェブ デベロッパーやシステム管理者といった部門横断型チームのメンバーとも連携していただきます。また、お客様との関係構築も、Google Cloud ビジネスを拡大して、世界中の企業のイノベーションを支援していくうえで重要です。

業務内容

  • お客様から報告された問題のトラブルシューティング、再現、根本原因の特定、ツールの開発、診断を通じて、Google Cloud のデータ分析(BigQuery など)、AI / ML、基盤となるアーキテクチャについて理解を深める。
  • お客様および社内のエンジニアリング チーム、セールスチームに対してコンサルタント兼 SME(サブジェクト マター エキスパート)としての役割を担い、導入に関する技術的障害を解決するとともに、Google Cloud の改善を図る。
  • チームの一員として、エンジニアやコンサルタントのメンバーとともに 24 時間体制でグローバルにカスタマー サポートを提供する。
  • お客様が抱える問題を把握し、お客様のニーズをプロダクト チームやエンジニアリング チームなどの社内チームに伝え、プロダクトの提供を推進する。
  • 本番環境のデプロイに関してお客様と連携しながら問題を解決し、プロダクトの準備を進め、可用性を確保する。
