必要な条件/経験:

コンピュータ サイエンスや情報システム、または関連する技術分野の学士号を取得していること(同等の実務経験でも可)。
Java、C、C++、Python、JavaScript のうち 1 つ以上の言語で書かれたコードを理解またはデバッグした 5 年以上の経験。
技術的な問題(ハードウェア、ソフトウェア、アプリケーション、運用、プロセスなど)のトラブルシューティング、それに関するお客様のニーズの社内への伝達、および優先順位付けに携わった 2 年以上の経験。
英語と日本語による優れたコミュニケーション能力を備え、本職種で求められる顧客対応を日本語および英語でスムーズに行い、国内外の関係者とやりとりできること。
標準的な就業時間外に業務が行えること(さまざまなローテーションやシフトでの勤務など)。

望ましい経験/スキル:

大規模な分散型システムを設計または管理した経験。
ホスティング サービスや SaaS を管理した経験。
SQL クエリを使用してログのデータセットを分析し、パフォーマンス モニタリング、トラブルシューティング、セキュリティ調査のための分析情報を抽出した経験。
Unix/Linux 環境と API に関する知識。
ウェブ技術(HTTP、DNS、TLS など)、メール(SMTP、スパム対策、フィッシング対策など)、ネットワーク(ルーティング、TCP/IP など)、IP テレフォニー(SIP、H323 など)、アイデンティティ管理(AD、SSO、OAuth、AuthSub など)、HTML5 などのインターネット技術のうち 1 つ以上に関する知識を有すること。

テクニカル ソリューション エンジニアは、大切な大手顧客の最も重要な問題に責任を持って対処するとともに、社内のサポートチームからのエスカレーションにも対応するポジションです。

業務内容

診断や解決策、新しい調査ツールを導入してお客様の問題を管理し、Google Workspace 上でのお客様の問題への対応力を強化する。
お客様から報告された問題のトラブルシューティング、再現テスト、根本原因の特定を行い、問題を診断、特定、解決するツールを作成する。また、こうした活動を通じて Google のプロダクト テクノロジーとその基盤となるアーキテクチャについて理解を深める。
コンサルタント兼 SME(サブジェクト マター エキスパート)としてお客様および社内のエンジニアリング チーム、セールスチームに対応し、導入に関する技術的障害を解決するとともに、Google Cloud の改善を図る。
エンジニアやコンサルタントのチームの一員として、24 時間体制でグローバルにカスタマー サポートを提供する。
お客様が抱える問題を把握し、そのニーズをプロダクト マネジメントやソフトウェア エンジニアリングなどのクロスファンクショナルなチームに伝える。
