建築意匠設計

マンション等住居向けの総合建設で成長してきた当社は、成長戦略として強化している一般建築領域(オフィスビル/老人ホーム/医療施設/店舗/工場等)での一品一様の案件増加に対する設計担当をお任せします。

※シリーズ化した画一的な建物デザインはございません。敷地形状、周辺環境、法制などの制約条件の中で、施主のご要望や建物の高い事業性を実現してください。関西で総合ゼネコンとして各種設計業務を担当頂くことができます。主幹事業である賃貸用マンションが約3割。ピル、ホテル、病院や工場、老人ホーム等が7割です。お客様の土地をどのように有効活用するのかを、お客さまと一緒に考え、形に変えてください。
