自社施工の戸建住宅における定期点検などを担当するアフターサービス担当を募集します。

<主な仕事内容>

当社で住宅を建てたお客様を訪問し、

定期点検や不具合対応を行う

アフターサービス業務をお任せします。

【具体的には】

・定期点検(チェックリストに沿った確認)

・「ドアが閉まらない」「水が出ない」などの問い合わせ対応

・簡単な補修作業

・専門業者の手配、補修工事の立ち合い

・見積作成、経費管理

など

※対応が難しい作業は専門業者に依頼します

※訪問件数は1日2~3件程度

【お任せしたい役割】

住宅の定期点検や不具合対応を通じて、お客様の住まいを長く安心して使っていただくためのアフターサービス業務をお任せします。会社として拡大フェーズにあるからこそ、アフターサービスは品質・信頼を支える重要なポジションです。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日

勤務時間:9:00~18:00

給与詳細


基本給:月給 25万円 〜 100万円

固定残業代:あり

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

別途、歩合給(年3回)+各種手当+賞与年2回(業績による)

※月給は以下固定残業代を含みます

1ヶ月あたり4万5200円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり20時間)

  • 固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給

【歩合給について】

粗利に対して発生するため、上限の設定はありません。

2000万円/店長職/32歳(月給55万円+業績給)
