仕事内容


総合旅行予約サイトから海外旅行・航空券のお申し込みをされた

お客様からのお問合せ対応などカスタマーサポート業務です

【主な業務内容】

・WEB航空券やホテルに関する問合せ対応(電話・メール)

・会員登録に関する問合せ対応、サポート

・予約内容の変更、キャンセル(専用端末使用)

・データ入力などの事務作業

受電やメールのみのやり取りだけでなく、

必要に応じて架電業務もあります。

アマデウス、インフィニ、ガリレオ、アポロなど

コールセンターは365日稼働していますので、

年末年始なども数日はご対応をお願いしています。

給与


時給1,550円

時給:1,550円

※交通費は別途支給いたします

月収248,000円

時給1,550円×8時間×20日の場合

勤務時間


シフト制

月~日 土日祝を含むシフト制

週5日勤務(週4日×8時間勤務も相談可)

07:00~21:00のなかで実働8時間勤務(休憩1時間)

【例】07:00~16:00、12:00~21:00

※繁忙期は残業(1 時間程度)をお願いする場合があります。

毎月15日~20日ぐらいに希望休(4日間程度)を申請、25日までに翌月のシフトを展開

一般的に月の公休日数は8~9日

半分を希望休残りに半分を他のスタッフと調整の上休みを決めていきます。

【必須条件】

  • 旅行関連端末(GDS)の操作経験がある方

※AMADEUS、INFINI、GALILEOなど

  • PCスキル(Word/Excel)を使った実務経験がある方

※ショートカットキーの使用、Excelの表作成やスムーズなデータ入力ができるレベル

※お客様との通話記録を入力する作業があるためタイピングができる方

  • 旅行が好きな方、航空券比較サイトや航空会社HPから自身で旅行の手配(予約)をしたことがある方
  • 電話対応に抵抗がない方

【歓迎】

・総合旅行業務取扱管理者資格保有者

・旅行会社などでのカスタマー応対経験がある方
