募集背景・業務概要:

エネルギー事業の基幹系機能を拡張し、請求処理の効率化を進めています。継続的な改修が続くため、設計から実装まで対応できる人材を募集します。データ連携の品質向上も重視しています。お任せする業務:

詳細設計の作成と実装、単体テストの準備を担当いただきます。既存機能の影響範囲を整理し、改修方針を明確にします。レビューを通じて品質基準を共有します。データ連携の整合性を確認し、エラー対応方針を明確にします。テスト観点の整理を行い、品質リスクを低減します。

運用を見据えた設計指針を整理し、手戻りを防ぎます。

お客様の単価を100%開示しています。単価と給与が連動するから、頑張りや成果がダイレクトに収入に反映される仕組みです。

・月給に単価連動型の歩合給を支給。

・還元率:メンバークラスで75~80%、リーダークラスで85%~90%の高水準を実現

・単価アップ時に即時昇給反映
